3. Technical Issues
To ensure the smooth running of our online meetings, we recommend using Zoom on a laptop or desktop computer. If you are not a regular Zoom user, please conduct a test of your Zoom access at least 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting. We encourage you to join the meeting at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to address any technical issues.

We are not liable for any technical issues related to your device, internet connection, or the Zoom platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your technology is functioning properly before the meeting.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing an appointment without contacting us will be considered a missed appointment.

5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a scheduled meeting, we reserve the right to end the session at the originally scheduled time.
Arriving 20 minutes or later will be marked as a "No Show," and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply if you wish to book another session.
We offer a 15-minute grace period, but if you do not communicate your lateness, we will assume you are not attending, and the fee will be charged.

6. No Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This includes payments for booked consultations and services rendered.

7. Late Reschedules, Cancellations, and No-Shows
If you reschedule or cancel within two hours of your scheduled meeting or fail to attend (a "No Show"), you forfeit any right to a refund and will be charged a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
8. Agreement to Policies and Terms
By signing our questionnaire and engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Policies, Procedures, and Terms of Conditions. You acknowledge our role as an educational consulting firm and accept that:

9. BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) Reporting
We do not provide BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) services. The BOI reporting requirements are new for many businesses, and we do not offer expertise or advice on how businesses should report BOI to the federal government.
