Technical Issues: To ensure the smooth running of our online meetings, we recommend using Zoom on a laptop or desktop computer. Clients who are not regular Zoom users should perform a test of their Zoom access at least 30 minutes before their scheduled meeting. We also encourage clients to log into the Zoom meeting space at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to address any potential technical problems. This proactive approach helps us use our session time efficiently. If you encounter technical or connection issues within the initial 10 minutes and are unable to resolve them using Zoom's troubleshooting guide, please promptly contact us via email, phone (859-363-6089), or text.
Reschedules: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients during that time slot. Failure to provide this notice and missing an appointment without contacting our office will be considered a missed appointment.
Late Arrivals: In the event of a client arriving late to a scheduled meeting, whether via Zoom or in person, we reserve the right to conclude the meeting at the originally scheduled time. If a client arrives 20 minutes or later to a meeting, it will be considered a "No Show," and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply if the client wishes to reschedule. This fee is to ensure fairness to other clients who may have been scheduled for the same time slot. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we have implemented a 15-minute grace period. However, if you do not communicate your lateness, we will assume you won't be attending, and a $50.00 fee will be charged or invoiced to you. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until this fee is paid.
No Refund Policy: Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Late Reschedules, Cancellations, & No-Shows: Clients who reschedule or cancel within two hours of the meeting or do not attend (a "no-show") forfeit any refund amounts. Additionally, clients will incur a non-refundable $50 rescheduling fee if they wish to reschedule within the two-hour window. This fee must be paid before the rescheduled meeting time.
By agreeing to these Policies and Procedures, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them, and you consent to abide by their terms. Please be aware that these terms may be subject to amendments by the firm from time to time.
