Cancellation Policy

Please review our policy to ensure a seamless experience: Eligibility The free consultation is available to new clients only. Each individual or organization is entitled to one free session. Scheduling Consultations must be booked in advance through our Online Questionnaire. Appointments are subject to availability and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the free consultation offer.
