We offer recommendations and suggestions based on our expertise, but we do not make decisions for your business. The responsibility to act on the recommendations lies solely with you, the client.

2. Independent Status and Separation from Government Agencies:
Our firm does not partner with or represent any government agency, including but not limited to:

Secretary of State
Department of Taxation
Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

All interactions, fees, and filings with these entities are your sole responsibility, and we are not involved in processing payments or transactions on behalf of these agencies.
Disclosure: You must perform your own due diligence and review the relevant laws, statutes, and codes applicable to your business. We only provide recommendations based on our experience, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
3. Technical Issues To ensure the smooth running of our online meetings, we recommend using Zoom on a laptop or desktop computer. If you are not a regular Zoom user, please conduct a test of your Zoom access at least 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting. We encourage you to join the meeting at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to address any technical issues.
If you encounter technical difficulties within the first 10 minutes of the meeting and are unable to resolve them using Zoom’s troubleshooting guide, please contact us immediately via:

4. ReschedulesIf you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing an appointment without contacting us will be considered a missed appointment.
Disclosure: Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to a scheduled meeting, we reserve the right to end the session at the originally scheduled time.

Arriving 20 minutes or later will be marked as a "No Show," and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply if you wish to book another session.
We offer a 15-minute grace period, but if you do not communicate your lateness, we will assume you are not attending, and the fee will be charged.

Disclosure: This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

6. No Refund Policy All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This includes payments for booked consultations and services rendered.
Disclosure: By booking a service, you agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Late Reschedules, Cancellations, and No-Shows If you reschedule or cancel within two hours of your scheduled meeting or fail to attend (a "No Show"), you forfeit any right to a refund and will be charged a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

8. Agreement to Policies and Terms By signing our questionnaire and engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Policies, Procedures, and Terms of Conditions. You acknowledge our role as an educational consulting firm and accept that:

We only provide recommendations and suggestions.
We do not control any decisions or actions taken by your business.
We do not partner with any governmental entity (e.g., Secretary of State, IRS).
You are responsible for understanding the relevant legal requirements for your business.

Disclosure: We reserve the right to update these policies as needed. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any amendments.

BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) Reporting We do not provide BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) services. The BOI reporting requirements are new for many businesses, and we do not offer expertise or advice on how businesses should report BOI to the federal government.
Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the new BOI reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). We recommend consulting a legal or tax professional for specific guidance on how to report beneficial ownership to the federal government.
