We have implemented a policy of accepting only standard mail sizes. This policy has been put in place to ensure that we can receive and process mail efficiently, and to minimize any potential disruptions to our operations.

- Envelopes: Standard letter envelopes are usually around 4.5 inches by 9.5 inches (11.4 cm by 24.1 cm) and have a maximum weight of 1 ounce (28.4 grams). Larger envelopes, such as those used for legal documents, may be allowed up to 6.125 inches by 11.5 inches (15.6 cm by 29.2 cm) and up to 3.5 ounces (99.2 grams) in weight.
Large Box Policy
We have implemented a policy of not accepting large boxes that are delivered to our building. This policy has been put in place to ensure that we can receive and process deliveries efficiently, and to minimize any potential disruptions to our operations.
Large boxes are defined as any package that exceeds the standard size and weight limits set by the relevant postal service, as well as any package that is too large to be easily handled by our staff. This includes, but is not limited to, boxes that are over 36 inches (91.4 cm) in any dimension or weigh more than 50 pounds (22.7 kg).
We kindly ask that you adhere to this policy when sending packages to our address. Any large box that is delivered to our building may not be accepted, and the sender will be responsible for arranging alternative delivery or pickup.
Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from the relevant department or supervisor. However, any such exception must be documented and authorized by management.We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy, which helps us to maintain a high level of service and communication with our clients.
